Join Aurelie for a Weekend of Workshops

Aurelie will be gracing PYC with a visit and sharing her extensive knowledge with our community! Exploring movement has always been a part of Aurélie's life. As a former professional dancer and yoga teacher for almost 10 years, her greatest asset remains her anatomical knowledge of the human body.

Thanks to her extensive training and international teaching experience, her honest approach is modern and creative, yet firmly rooted in tradition. Her dynamic, powerful classes are combined with deep breathing work to balance the nervous system - in other words, to reconcile with calm. Aurelie is bringing three offerings to PYC. You are welcome to join just one Masterclass or Workshop, or join in on the full weekend!

Beyond the Flow Masterclass - Friday Apr 25th 18:30-20:30

Designed to empower and inspire, this masterclass will enhance your vinyasa practice. We will work on specific techniques to build strength and stability within coherent and progressive flows to get you to more advanced asanas mindfully and intelligently. Through the art of transitions, we will focus on creative movements and deepen your understanding of the body in motion.

Shoulder the Weight (Workshop) - Saturday Apr 26th 13:30-15:30

This workshop is designed to deepen your anatomical knowledge around the shoulder joint and tackle mobility drills and precise flows to build strength around this area. The aim will be to delve into inversions and arm balances with safety and confidence and discover how to integrate these powerful postures to your practice.

Spinal Motion & Backbends (Workshop) - Sunday Apr 27th 14-16:00

This workshop was created to better understand our spine and the foundational principles around its extension in order to counter what it mostly does all day, flexion. Through mobility drills and specific exercices and flows, we will work to strengthen and mobilise the right muscles to get to deeper backbends safely and leave you feeling younger than ever.
